The One Belief I Ask Every Client to Have Before We Begin
Before we do anything else.
Before we talk about your symptoms. Before we explore what’s been going on in your body. Before we begin any healing work together.
I ask for one thing.
Not a commitment to feel better immediately. Not a promise that everything will work out. Not even complete trust in the process.
Just one belief.
Be open to the possibility that you are more than your diagnosis.
What I See, Over and Over Again
When a client comes to me, they often arrive carrying a label.
Fibromyalgia. Anxiety disorder. PCOS. Chronic fatigue. Depression. Autoimmune condition.
And somewhere along the way — through years of doctor visits, test results, and well-meaning explanations — that label has quietly become their identity.
I am someone with fibromyalgia. This is just how my body is. The reports confirm it. The doctors confirmed it.
I understand why this happens.
When you’ve been in pain — physically or emotionally — for a long time, having a name for it feels like a relief. It feels like finally being seen.
But here’s what I’ve seen from my own journey:
When we begin to be our diagnosis, we also begin to limit what healing is possible for us.
You Are Not a Diagnosis. You Are Energy.
Here is what I want you to consider — not as a vague idea, but as something quite literal:
Everything in your body is energy.
Every cell. Every organ. Every emotion you’ve ever felt and haven’t fully released. Every memory your nervous system is still holding onto.
We all that matter is made of energy. What energy healing does is work at that level — beneath the physical symptoms, beneath the label, beneath the story.
When we work with the Emotion Code and Body Code, we aren’t dismissing what your body is experiencing. We are asking a deeper question:
What is the stuck energy beneath this? What does the body still need to process and release?
A diagnosis tells you what is showing up. Energy work asks why it is still here.
These are very different questions.
What “Being Open” Actually Looks Like
I’m not asking you to believe it will definitely work.
I’m not asking you to abandon your medical care.
I’m not asking you to feel certain about anything.
Being open simply means this:
“I am willing to consider that there is more to my body than what the reports show.”
That’s it.
It means you come into the session without deciding in advance what is possible.
It means you allow yourself to be curious — even just slightly — about what might be stored in your body at an energetic level. And that releasing that helps with healing your body
It means you don’t walk in with a wall that says: This is my condition. This is my ceiling. Healing beyond this point is not available to me.
Because that wall? That belief? That is the only thing that can truly limit the work.

Think in Energy, Not in Diagnoses
One of the most powerful shifts I see in clients is when they start thinking about their experience differently.
Instead of: I have chronic back pain because of a herniated disc. They begin to wonder: What has my body been carrying that might be showing up here?
Instead of: My anxiety is a chemical imbalance. They begin to ask: What emotions have I not fully felt or released?
Instead of: This is just how I am. They begin to explore: What if this is showing me how I’ve been — and something different is possible?
This isn’t about denying the physical reality. It’s about expanding your perspective to something beyond physical
When we think only in diagnoses, we give the diagnosis all the power. When we think in energy, we open the door to something more.

A Gentle Invitation
If you’ve arrived here after trying many things… If you’re someone who takes care of everything and everyone but still feels unwell… If a part of you wonders whether there’s something deeper going on beneath the surface…
That is your body speaking to you.
It’s asking you to see where you aren’t looking
You don’t need certainty. You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need to be willing to ask a different question.
And from there, healing has a place to begin.

FAQ
Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work? You don’t need full belief — but a willingness to stay open makes a meaningful difference. You can be skeptic and curious.
What if I’ve had my condition for many years? The duration of a condition doesn’t determine what’s possible. What matters is what the body is still holding and what it’s ready to release.
Is energy healing a replacement for medical treatment? No. Energy healing works alongside your existing care, not instead of it. It addresses the emotional and energetic layers that medical treatment may not reach. For wholesome healing, you can address the physical aspect through medicine and energy aspect through energy healing
