By accessing our website and purchasing or using any of our services or digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Next Step Healing website and/or purchasing any service or product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer.
2. Services Offered
Next Step Healing currently offers and/or plans to offer:
1-on-1 healing sessions (online or in-person)
Mini masterclasses and webinars (live and/or recorded)
Guided meditations (audio/video downloads)
Worksheets and digital resources
Group programmes and workshops (future offerings)
All services are subject to availability and may be modified, discontinued, or updated at our sole discretion.
3. Booking & Payment
3.1 Booking
Sessions must be booked in advance through our website or booking system. Your session is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or a written confirmation from us.
3.2 Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time; existing bookings will not be affected.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 1-on-1 Sessions
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the session: Full refund or free rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session: 50% refund.
No-shows (without any prior notice): No refund.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances and will give as much notice as possible.
4.2 Digital Products (Masterclasses, Meditations, Worksheets, Webinars)
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the download link has been delivered.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us at care@nextstephealing.in within 7 days and we will do our best to resolve it.
4.3 Programs & Packages
Refund terms for multi-session packages or programs will be specified at the time of purchase. Generally, once a programs has commenced, partial refunds may be available at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, session materials, worksheets, meditations, masterclass recordings, and course content is the intellectual property of Next Step Healing and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.
Digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing our digital products is strictly prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all information shared during sessions. Session notes and personal information are kept strictly confidential, with the following exceptions:
Where you have given explicit consent to share
Where disclosure is required by law
Where there is a genuine and immediate risk to your safety or the safety of others
7. Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. We reserve the right to terminate a session or remove a participant from a programme without refund if they engage in:
Abusive, disrespectful, or threatening behaviour
Harassment of any kind
Sharing or recording session content without consent
Any behaviour that disrupts the safety or wellbeing of others
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Next Step Healing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or digital products.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on our website with the revised date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance.
