Most approaches to healing focus on the mind — understanding, analysing, talking through. But sometimes the thing that’s keeping you stuck isn’t a thought. It’s something older. Something stored in the body itself.

Trapped emotions are exactly what they sound like — emotional energies that got lodged in the body during difficult moments and never fully released. They can show up as physical pain, emotional patterns, or that persistent feeling of being blocked, even when nothing in your life looks “wrong.”

Releasing them doesn’t require you to relive the past. It doesn’t require you to perform or explain everything. It just requires willingness — and a little trust in what your body already knows.

Does Emotion Code healing mean I’ll have to talk about my past?

Only if you want to. These methods don’t require long explanations or revisiting old memories. Your body guides the process quietly and safely — most clients find this one of the most relieving parts of the work.

Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?

Not really. You just need to be open and curious. Many people start sessions unsure — and that’s completely fine. The work meets you where you are.

How soon will I feel a difference after an Emotion Code session?

Everyone experiences this differently. Some feel lighter or calmer right away. For others, shifts unfold gently over a few days. There’s no right or wrong way — your body moves at its own pace.

Are online Emotion Code sessions as effective as in-person?

Yes. Because this work is done energetically and through the subconscious, distance doesn’t affect it. Most clients actually find online sessions more comfortable and easier to settle into.

What can Body Code healing help with?
