What happens in a session
We don’t need to talk through everything. You don’t need to relive it, explain it, or have the words for it.
Your body knows what it’s carrying — and that’s exactly what we work with.
How it works (3 soft steps):
1. We begin where you are No preparation needed. You show up, we check in briefly, and then I let your body guide what’s ready to be addressed.
2. I use muscle testing to identify what’s present Using the Emotion Code and Body Code system, I find the specific trapped emotions, imbalances, or energetic disruptions your system is ready to release.
3. We gently release, layer by layer Shifts may happen during the session, in the hours after, or over the following days. Every body processes at its own pace.
Sessions happen remotely via Google Meet — you can be at home, in your car, anywhere comfortable.

Single Sessions:

Multi-Session Packages:
3-Session Package — Good for those wanting depth and continuity.
5-Session Package — For those ready to commit to a layered process over time.
Healing often works in layers. Packages give your body space to release what comes up as it’s ready — session by session.
Focused Support Packages:
Relationship Repair (5 sessions) — Clear emotional baggage, inherited patterns, and energetic blocks affecting your relationships.
From Anxiety to Thriving (3 sessions) — Release stress patterns and create space for ease if you’re feeling depleted or stuck.
Heart Wall Clearing (3–5 sessions) — Release the energetic protection layers that may be blocking connection, intuition, and joy.
Chakra Rebalancing ( 7-session deep dive) — Balance all chakras in one session, or dedicate one session per chakra for deeper work.
Mini Soul Lesson Reading — A single Soul Lesson card pull with an intuitive message, delivered via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours. No call needed.
